"This is a long-overdue 'thank you' for all you did – over so many, many months – to finally make the sale of the three parcels happen. Without your knowledge and expertise (and patience!), I know those sales would never have happened. All of your efforts and work with the well guys and the surveyors and the county people were truly 'above and beyond' the work done by a 'regular' real estate agent. On top of it all, you event handled two wildfires! ☺ I thank you again and again for all that you did, and I truly appreciate your answering all of my questions – especially in the beginning when I just felt lost and overwhelmed." Truly Secluded! This small cabin in the woods of the Gallegos Ranch is a great getaway/hideaway. Its age is unknown but judging from the size of the fruit trees in the orchard behind the house it was likely built in the 1940s or early 1950s. There is a propane fueled wall furnace and stove. A septic system was put in but the planned bathroom addition was never completed. The 90 acres is mostly uphill and behind the cabin, very steep and heavily wooded with majestic black oaks, California maple, madrone and other species. There is a spring that feeds a water tank with gravity flow down to the cabin. Gallegos Ranch is a gated community approximately 22 miles from Paso Robles. It is another 3+ miles from the gate to the cabin Access to the property requires 4WD as you must cross Franklin Creek twice on the way in. Consequently permitting any improvements is not possible due to CalFire requirements for "year-round" access.
